What financial assistance programs do you have?

We work with parents to manage the financial challenges of giving their children a high-quality early childhood education in two ways:

1) We receive third party payment for subsidies through Connection For Children.

CFC 310) 452-3325; 5901 W. Century Bl. #400, LA 90045

2) Parents who need finacial assistance may submit an ‘financial assistance application’. Upon review by the Board of Directors, eligible families may receive financial assistance in the form of a grant.

Does my child need to be potty trained?

We do not have a prerequisite for children ages 20 months to 47 months.

Is there space in the program to enroll my child?

Enrollment is on-going throughout the year.  Parents can email the school location that best fits their needs to find out about availability of space.

How do you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?

We honor identified food restrictions and aim to keep each child with an allergy safe. A list of all food allergies along with the child’s name will be posted for teachers in their respective classrooms. Our school staff and parents/guardians work closely together, and we ask parents to submit written documentation with specific guidelines for each type of allergy. Should a child's physician prescribe an EpiPen, parents are responsible for providing it in a zip lock bag labeled clearly with the child’s first and last name and the expiration date. Parents must notify the school staff and Principal of any updates to their child’s allergy sheet.

What kind of nutrition program do you provide?

Healthy eating is essential for sharpening the mind and stabilizing children’s energy and emotions. While we ask parents to provide a packed lunch every day (even a lunch brought from home becomes a topic of socialization among young children), children are served a nutritious breakfast (8:20-8:40am) and healthy fruit snacks (2:45pm) during their day at school.

When is nap time?

All classes have a time of resting while children listen to classical music in the background with the lights turned off. The classrooms for our youngest 2-3 year-olds are equipped with cots for naps as needed.

How frequently are toys and classrooms sanitized?

Classroom teachers follow a detailed checklist and strict protocol for sanitizing toys, learning materials, and classrooms everyday.
